A Trained Operator will Answer your Call and Assess the Situation. They will then Despatch either an Ambulance, Fire Brigade or the Police. The Operator will also Guide you on what to do while you await the response team.
1. Medical Emergencies, including - Chest Pain or Discomfort, Difficulty Breathing, Severe Bleeding, Loss of Consciousness, Unresponsive, Signs of a Stroke - Facial Drooping, Arm Weakness or Tingling/Numbness, Speech Impediment, Severe Headache, Seizures, Allergic Reactions - Difficulty Breathing, Swelling of the Face or Throat, Substance Overdose or Abuse.
2. In case of Accidents, including - Motor Vehicle, Motor Cycle or Pedestrian Collission and Injuries, Fall from Heightes, Burns, Drowning, Head Injuries, Sports Injuries.
3. Other Emergencies, including - Fires, Flooding, Natural Disasters, Bridge Collapse, Earth Quakes, Lightning Strikes or any other Situations Requiring Medical Assistance or where someone's Life Appears to be in Danger.
